We're excited to announce Team Plans for BuildSpec — a new way for construction teams to share access to our full code reference library, assembly diagrams, calculators, and compliance tools under a single subscription.

Why Teams?

We kept hearing the same request from project managers and firm owners: "I need my whole team using this, but managing individual subscriptions is a hassle." Team Plans solve that problem.

With a Team subscription, one account owner manages billing and seats for everyone. Add team members by email, and they get instant access to everything in BuildSpec Pro — plus shared project context across the team.

What's Included

Every Team Plan seat includes full access to all building codes and standards, 950+ assembly diagrams with architectural-quality detail drawings, all calculators and compliance checking tools, permit office directory for 4,800+ jurisdictions, and priority support.

How It Works

Getting started takes about two minutes. Subscribe to a Team plan and choose your seat count (2 to 25 seats). Invite team members by email from the Team Management page. Members accept the invite and get full access immediately. Add or remove seats anytime — billing adjusts automatically.

The account owner controls everything from the Team Management dashboard, including pending invitations, active members, and seat usage.

Pricing

Team Plans start at $69 per seat per month, or $59 per seat per month when billed annually (that's a 15% savings). You only pay for the seats you need, and you can adjust your seat count at any time through the Stripe customer portal.

Get Started

If you're already a BuildSpec Pro subscriber, you can upgrade to a Team plan from your Account page. If you're new to BuildSpec, start your 7-day free trial and upgrade to Team when you're ready.
