Section 151. — MOBILIZATION Description 151.01 This work consists of moving personnel, equipment, material, and incidentals to the project and performing work necessary before starting work at the project site. This work also includes obtaining permits, insurance, and bonds. Measurement 151.02 Measure the Section 151 pay items listed in the bid schedule according to Subsection 109.02 . Payment 151.03 The accepted quantities will be paid at the contract price per unit of measurement for the Section 151 pay items listed in the bid schedule.
