Section 156. — PUBLIC TRAFFIC Description 156.01 This work consists of controlling and protecting public traffic adjacent to and within the project. See FAR Clause 52.236- 13 Accident Prevention. Construction Requirements 156.02 Qualifications . Provide a traffic control supervisor (TCS) certified by a state department of transportation, ATSSA, or other acceptable certification programs.
