Section 211. — ROADWAY OBLITERATION Description 211.01 This work consists of obliterating or closing roadways and areas outside the roadway prism. Construction Requirements 211.02 Roadway Obliteration Methods. (a) Method 1. Obliterate the roadway by restoring to approximate original ground contours.
