Section 268. — HORIZONTAL DRAINS Description 268.01 This work consists of constructing horizontal drains, including collector systems. Material 268.02 Conform to the following Subsection: Horizontal drains 708.06(d) Construction Requirements 268.03 Qualifications. Provide an on- site supervisor and installation personnel with experience installing and testing horizonta l drains.
