Section 303. — ROAD RECONDITIONING Description 303.01 This work consists of reconditioning ditches, shoulders, roadbeds, aggregate surfaces, and roadways. Material 303.02 Conform to the following Subsection: Water for construction 725.01(c) Construction Requirements 303.03 General.
