Section 305. — FULL DEPTH RECLAMATION WITH CEMENT Description 305.01 This work consists of pulverizing an existing pavement and base in- place, adding crushed aggregate if required, mixing this material with cement and water, and shaping and compacting the mix to produce a stabiliz ed base.
