Section 306. — FULL DEPTH RECLAMATION WITH ASPHALT Description 306.01 This work consists of pulverizing an existing pavement and base in- place, adding crushed aggregate if required, mixing this material with emulsified asphalt or foamed asphalt, and shaping and compacting the mix to produce a stabilized base.
