Section 313. — AGGREGATE-TOPSOIL COURSE Description 313.01 This work consists of providing and placing an aggregate, topsoil, and seed mixture on a prepared shoulder or other surface. Material 313.02 Conform to the following Subsections: Aggregate for aggregate -topsoil course 703.13 Seed 713.04 Topsoil 713.01 Water for construction 725.01(c) Construction Requirements 313.03 Preparing Surface.
