Section 623. — GENERAL LABOR Description 623.01 This work consists of providing laborers for construction work, as well as specialized laborers for technical and professional services ordered and not otherwise provided. This work also includes providing associated equipment and hand tools needed to complete the work. Construction Requirements 623.02 General.
