Section 718. — TRAFFIC SIGNING AND MARKING MATERIAL 718.01 Retroreflective Sheeting. Conform to ASTM D4956, including supplementary requirements. Clean and degrease the face of the metal panels using methods recommended by the manufacturer before applying retroreflective sheeting. Wipe plastic panels clean with a slightly dampened cloth be fore applying retroreflective sheeting. Provide retroreflective sheeting conforming to Table 718-1.
