Section 721. — ELECTRICAL AND ILLUMINATION MATERIAL 721.01 Electrical Material. (a) Conduit. Conform to the following: (1) Nonmetallic conduit , duct , couplers, connectors, and fittings. For above ground and underground use without concrete encasement, provide rigid PVC, heavy wall conduit conforming to UL 651, Schedule 40, 80, Type EB and A Rigid PVC Conduit and Fittings . Conform to ASTM D2564 for solvent cement to join conduit. (2) Metallic conduit, duct, couplers, connectors, f ittings , and nipples.
