§ 213.305 — Designation of qualified individuals; general qualifications

§ 213.305 Designation of qualified individuals; general qualifications. Each track owner to which this subpart applies shall designate qualified individuals responsible for the maintenance and inspection of track in compliance with the safety requirements prescribed in this subpart.
