Section 2B.23 Night Speed Limit Plaque (R2-3P) Standard: 01 Where different speed limits are prescribed for day and night, both limits shall be posted. Guidance: 02 A Night Speed Limit (R2-3P) plaque (see Figure 2B-3 ) should be reversed using a white retroreflective legend and border on a black background. Option: 03 A Night Speed Limit plaque may be combined with or installed below the standard Speed Limit (R2-1) sign.
