Section 2E.46 Next Exit Plaques (E2-1P and E2-1aP) Option: 01 Where the distance to the next interchange is unusually long, a Next Exit (E2-1P or E2-1aP) plaque (see Figure 2E-4 9) may be installed to inform road users of the distance to the next interchange.
