Section 6B.07 Termination Area Support: 01 The termination area is the section of the highway where road users are returned to their normal driving path. The termination area extends from the downstream end of the work area to the last TTC device such as END ROAD WORK signs, if posted. Option: 02 An END ROAD WORK sign, a Speed Limit sign, or other signs may be used to inform road users that they can resume normal operations. 03 A longitudinal buffer space may be used between the work space and the beginning of the downstream taper.
