§ 1926.1416 Operational aids. (a) The devices listed in this section (“listed operational aids”) are required on all equipment covered by this subpart, unless otherwise specified. (1) The requirements in paragraphs (e)(1), (e)(2), and (e)(3) of this section do not apply to articulating cranes. (2) The requirements in paragraphs (d)(3), (e)(1), and (e)(4) of this section apply only to those digger derricks manufactured after November 8, 2011.
