10.10 SECTION 10.10 CONCRETE HANDHOLE 10.10.01—Description: This work shall consist of furnishing and installing a concrete handhole, or modifying an existing concrete handhole, of the type called for at the location and to the dimensions and details shown on the plans, or as directed by the Engineer. The concrete handholes may be precast or cast- in-place.
