11.16 SECTION 11.16 ILLUMINATED SIGNS 11.16.01—Description: This item shall consist of furnishing and installing an illuminated sign, of the type specified, at the location shown on the plans or as directed by the Engineer, and in accordance with these specifications. 11.16.02—Materials: The materials for this work shall be as specified in M.16.17. 11.16.03—Construction Methods: Erection of the sign shall be accomplished in a manner so as not to cause twisting, bending, deforming, or scratching of the sign or sign face.
