11.30 SECTION 11.30 ARROW BOARD 11.30.01—Description: Work under this item shall include furnishing and maintaining a trailer-mounted or truck-mounted arrow board, at the locations indicated on the plans or as directed by the Engineer. 11.30.02—Materials: A Materials Certificate for the arrow board shall be submitted to the Engineer.
