11.31 SECTION 11.31 REMOTE CONTROL CHANGEABLE MESSAGE SIGN 11.31.01—Description: Work under this item shall include furnishing and maintaining a trailer-mounted, changeable message sign (CMS) at the locations indicated on the plans or as directed by the Engineer. 11.31.02—Materials: A Materials Certificate for the CMS shall be submitted to the Engineer.
