12.20 SECTION 12.20 CONSTRUCTION SIGNS 12.20.01—Description: Under this item the Contractor shall furnish, install and remove construction signs with retroreflective sheeting and their required portable supports or metal sign posts that meet the requirements of NCHRP Report 350 (TL-3) or MASH for Category 2 Devices.
