2.13 SECTION 2.13 GRANULAR FILL 2.13.01—Description: This material shall be used as a foundation for structures, to replace unstable material in slopes, as a foundation for sidewalks and culverts, in shoulders and elsewhere as indicated on the plans, required by the specifications or ordered by the Engineer.
