4.09 SECTION 4.09 MILLING, REMOVAL OF EXISTING WEARING SURFACE 4.09.01—Description: This work shall consist of the milling, removal, and disposal of existing bituminous concrete pavement. It shall also include the complete removal and disposal of the existing bituminous concrete wearing surface, membrane waterproofing and bond breaker co vering the reinforced concrete bridge deck(s) as shown on the plans or as ordered by the Engineer.
