4.15 SECTION 4.15 PRESSURE RELIEF JOINT 4.15.01—Description: Work under this item shall consist of constructing, in the new or existing reinforced concrete pavement, a pressure relief joint composed of a bituminous concrete pavement course on a bituminous concrete base course.
