9.23 SECTION 9.23 BITUMINOUS CONCRETE FOR PATCHING 9.23.01—Description: The work under this item shall consist of the temporary patching of any pavement surfaces or pedestrian passways which have become rutted, broken, damaged or otherwise unserviceable, and at such other locations as the Engineer may designate. 9.23.02—Materials: The materials furnished and used in this work shall meet the requirements of 4.06 and M.04.
