9.39 SECTION 9.39 SWEEPING FOR DUST CONTROL 9.39.01—Description: This item shall consist of furnishing a pickup sweeper and accessory equipment and utilizing it for the removal of earth and other dust producing materials from paved surfaces for the purpose of allaying dust conditions. 9.39.03—Construction Methods: The Contractor shall have available and maintain in an operable condition equipment capable of efficiently sweeping up earth and other materials from paved surfaces.
