9.43 SECTION 9.43 WATER FOR DUST CONTROL 9.43.01—Description: This item shall consist of furnishing water equipment, water, and applying it for the purpose of allaying dust conditions. 9.43.03—Construction Methods: The application of water shall be under the control of the Engineer at all times. It shall be applied only at locations at such times, and in the amount as may be directed by the Engineer. Quantities of water wasted or applied without authorization will not be paid for.
