9.70 SECTION 9.70 TRAFFICPERSON 9.70.01—Description: Under this item the Contractor shall provide the services of Trafficpersons of the type and number, and for such periods, as the Engineer approves for the control and direction of vehicular and pedestrian traffic in areas affected by Project operations.
