9.81 SECTION 9.81 42 INCH TRAFFIC CONE 9.81.01—Description: This item shall consist of furnishing 42-inch retroreflective traffic cones required on the Project to meet the requirements of the traffic control plans, as stated in the item "Maintenance and Protection of Traffic," as shown on the plans or as directed by the Engineer.
