Reinforcement inspection: bar size, spacing, cover depth per design plans. Splice lengths per AASHTO LRFD Section 5. Form tolerance: ±1/4 inch for exposed surfaces. Bridge deck placement: continuous pour preferred; cold joint locations require prior approval. Deck finishing per CA standard specifications.
