Contract administration procedures cover contract time, progress scheduling, change orders, claims, and dispute resolution. FDOT uses critical path method (CPM) scheduling on all projects >$5M. Contract time extensions require documented delay analysis per the contract General Provisions. Change orders classified as: Type I (bilateral), Type II (unilateral), or Type III (value engineering). Claims procedures per FL Standard Specifications Section 5-1.
