Traffic control implementation follows the approved Transportation Management Plan (TMP) and traffic control plans. Sign placement per MUTCD Part 6 with MI supplements. Temporary pavement markings: retroreflective tape or paint, maintained throughout project duration. Flagging operations per MUTCD Chapter 6E. Night work lighting: minimum 5 foot-candles at work area. Incident management coordination with local TMC. Daily traffic control inspection required.
