Portland cement acceptance per AASHTO M 85 (Types I, II, V) or M 240 (blended cements). Required tests: fineness (AASHTO T 153), time of setting (AASHTO T 131), compressive strength (AASHTO T 106), soundness (AASHTO T 107), and chemical analysis (AASHTO T 105). Supplementary cementitious materials: fly ash (AASHTO M 295), slag cement (AASHTO M 302), silica fume (AASHTO M 307). PennDOT cement testing at source with Certificates of Compliance.
