Bridge paint systems per TN standard coating specifications. Organic zinc-rich primer per AASHTO M 300, epoxy intermediate coat, and urethane or fluoropolymer topcoat. Surface preparation: SSPC-SP 10 near-white blast cleaning. Dry film thickness verification per SSPC-PA 2. Coating application within environmental limits: surface temperature minimum 5°F above dew point, relative humidity <85%, air temperature 40-120°F.
