Traffic control implementation follows the approved Transportation Management Plan (TMP) and traffic control plans. Sign placement per MUTCD Part 6 with TX supplements. Temporary pavement markings: retroreflective tape or paint, maintained throughout project duration. Flagging operations per MUTCD Chapter 6E. Night work lighting: minimum 5 foot-candles at work area. Incident management coordination with local TMC. Daily traffic control inspection required.
All work under this section shall comply with TxDOT current standards and applicable AASHTO, ASTM, and federal requirements. The Engineer has authority to accept or reject materials and workmanship that do not conform to the specifications.
