Further, an approved stormwater treatment device may be removed from the Approved List at any time if the Department is not notified in writing of any manufacturing or material changes as stated above. BASIS OF ACCEPTANCE . SWTD products will be accepted based on the SWTD brand name and model appearing on the Approved List for the intended fl ow rate and pollutant removal efficiency, and the submission of a material certification for the SWTD stating that the product conforms to the specification and is the same model that appears on the Approved List.
