All work indicated to be completed as part of a Contract pay item except as may be otherwise specified under the Method of Measurement or Basis of Payment. SECTION 101 New Hampshire Department of Transportation Standard Specifications – 2016 1-3 Completion (Project). Completion of the Project occurs when the Contractor has completed all work required by the Contract; has satisfactorily executed and delivered all documents, certificates, and proofs of compliance required by the Contract, and has received Final Acceptance from the Commissioner.
