The date on which all Contract work is specified to be completed.
Section 101 — DEFINITIONS AND TERMS →The Date on which all work specified in the contract is completed. Contract (Also Contract Documents). The written agreement between the Contracting Authority and Contractor setting forth obligations of the parties thereunder, including but not limited to, performance of the work, furnishing of labor and materials, and basis of payment. The contract includes the following: • Addendum, • Contract bond, • Contract form, • Materials Instructional Memorandums, • Notice to Bidders, • Notice to Proceed, • Plans, • Proposal, • Special Provisions, • Standard Specifications, including General Supplemental Specifications, Definitions • • • • 1101.03 Developmental Specifications, Supplemental Specifications, and Any change orders and agreements which are required to complete the construction of the work in an acceptable manner, including authorized extensions thereof, all of which constitute one instrument.
Section 1101 — Definitions →The calendar date by which the Contract shall be completed when such date is shown in the proposal instead of a stipulation of a number of working days, or the date of final acceptance of t he Work.
