A technique for evaluating schedule delays or time savings. The analysis period for the purpose of these provisions shall be the period covered in each regular progress schedule submission, as they coincide with contract payments to the Contractor. Contract. The executed contract agreement. The contract includes, but is not limited to, an executed contract agreement, a set of contract documents and contract bonds. Contract Agreement. The agreement covering the performance of the work and furnishing of labor and materials in the construction of the work in conformance with the requirements of the contract documents.
