Any prehistoric or historic per iod artifact, site, building, structure, Material remains, or traditional use area resulting from, or associated with, human cultural activity. Historically important Cultural Resources are those eligible for inclusion on the National Register of Histori c Places or placed on the New M exico register of cultural properties either perma nently or temporarily per NMSA 1978, Section 18-6-3 and the National Historic Pr eservation Act Section 106.
