Idaho · ITD

A disagreement between the Engineer and the Contractor related to interpretation of the contract or the Engineer’s decision under the contract, which is not a claim under the contract, and i s handled informally between the Engineer and the Contractor. Dispute Review Board (DRB). A contract -specific board of three neutral individuals selected by the Department and the Contractor to help in the administrative resolution process at the Resident Engineer level.
