Idaho · ITD

Exposed earthen material, except solid rock, that may be carried or displaced by wind, rainfall, snowmelt, or mechanically applied water. Extra Work. Work not provided for in the contract as awarded, but found essential for satisfactory completion of the contract within its intended scope, as determined by the Engineer. Float (Total Float). The total number of days in the project schedule that a scheduled activity can be delayed and still achieve substantial completion within the contract time.
