Haul Road

A corridor of land, when so designated in the contract documents, either private or public, of which the right to use is acquired by the Contracting Authority for the purpose of hauling equipment, materials, or machinery either as vehicles or vehicles with loads, where these vehicles or vehicles with loads exceed the provisions of Iowa Code 321, governing size, weight, and load.
