Instructions included in the document entitled “Instructions to Bidders,” which give informatio n to the bidder with regard to preparing the Proposal Guaranty and the Letter of Credit where applicable. It also covers submission or de livery of the Proposal to the Department. 101.03 8 Item (Contract Item, Pay Item, or Bid Item ). A specifically described unit of work for which a price is provided in the Contract.
