Any Contract pay item for which the original item bid price multiplied by the original item quantity exceeds the following minimum major item value based on total Contract Amount price or 3% of the total Contract Amount price, whichever is less. All other Contract items are considered as minor items. Total Contract Amount Minimum Major Item Value ≤ $1,000,000.00 $25,000.00 > $1,000,000.00 to ≤ $5,000,000.00 $100,000.00 > $5,000,000.00 to ≤ $20,000,000.00 $300,000.00 > $20,000,000.00 $600,000.00 If no major Contract items are identified using the above criteria, then the major item or items shall be the three (3) highest total dollar bid items, excluding Item 692 – Mobilization.
