Is a service provider that may or may not be a Subcontractor, who provides a specialized service requiring professional licensure by the State of New Mexico, e.g. Professional Engineers, Professional Surveyors and Attorneys. The professional service distinction in this Contract is separate f rom the professional service definition in the Departm ent of Workforce Solutions reg ulations.
