A list, prepared by the Project Manager, of corrective Work i t e m s n o t conforming with the Contract and to be completed by the Contractor. The final Punch List is provided after Substantial Completion but before Contractor’s request for final inspection. The Punch List is limited to items of the Work that are necessary to correct minor imperfections, def iciencies and deviations from t he requirements of the Contract but which have no Material or adverse effect on the full opera bility of the Project for its intended purpose and may be safely and effectively use d by the public without Delay, disruption, or impediments. Quality Assurance (QA). T h e Department ’s sampling, testing, inspection, and other activities to determine payment and make Acceptance decisions. Includes Quality Control, Acceptance by the agency, and use of qualified laborat ories by both parties Quality Control (QC). The Contractor’s actions and c onsiderations necessary to asse ss production and construction processes so as to control the leve l of quality being produced in the end product.
