Supplemental Agreement

A written agreement signed by the Department and the contractor for performing work beyond the scope of the original contract that the Department elects to perform in conjunction with the existing contract. Section 1 — DEFINITIONS AND TERMS →A written agreement for the performance of work that is beyond the scope of the original contract but which the Department elects to perform in conjunction with the existing contract.
