Approved revisions to the standard specifications. Special Provisions. Revisions or additions to the standard specifications and supplemental specifications that cover special conditions for the project. Stabilization. The modification of soils or aggregates by incorporating materials that increases load-bearing capacity, firmness, or resistance to weathering or displacement. Standard Drawings. See Plans.
